We ship most orders from The NEW YORK FIRST Company fulfillment center, via UPS standard delivery service to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. Furniture and other items (where noted) may take longer and may have additional charges, and if ordered with other items will arrive separately. Delivery information may be found on the product detail pages for these items. Shipping charges are per delivery address; items that require separate shipping will not incur additional delivery charges. Additional freight charges may apply to some large and heavy items. This amount is listed at the item level on product detail page and will be added to the standard delivery charges. Items cannot ship to PO Boxes due to size/weight restrictions. Returns and Exchanges

NON FURNITURE RETURNS Returns and exchanges for regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise are performed happily under the following conditions: Items must be returned in new, unused condition (and in original packaging, please) within 30 days of purchase date. Custom orders, discontinued, sale or closeout items excluded. Apologetically, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages and shipping charges are not included on refunds. FURNITURE RETURNS Please fully read and understand our return policy before ordering. There are certain circumstances and conditions that apply to furniture items which are different than most consumer goods, and also certain conditions that result from the fact that we specialize in one of a kind and made to order items. If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us immediately at (800) 581-7599. Please retain all packing material until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. If it is necessary to return or exchange a furniture item, it must be approved and arranged within 10 days of delivery and returned within 30 days. Non-defective custom made items do not qualify for return or replacement. Other furniture returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges are not included on refunds.
Misused or damaged products will not qualify for an exchange.
