Ariane is passionate about helping her clients transform their bodies and lives. A dynamic personal trainer and nutritionist, she has a refreshingly interactive and comprehensive approach in helping her clients achieve optimal health and the physical self they desire. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the American Institute of Hypnotherapy, specializing in weight loss/management, smoking cessation, and performance enhancement. She also utilizes Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help her clients overcome limiting habits and achieve a healthier and happier self. She has recently been featured on Fox 5, NBC, CW11 and various newspapers as the creator of New York's latest fitness craze: The Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp.
