You have the instructor all to yourself and he will be concerned about helping you achieve the best in your game, fine-tune your golf swing, and concentrate on improving specific areas of choice. If you have a great golf instructor, one who is actually a master of the game, you can get to learn certain secrets that you won't get elsewhere. Offered is a private 1 1/2-hour lesson with PGA professional golf instructor John Connelly, intended to focus on your individual needs and designed to create a plan for permanent improvement.
No matter if you are a beginner or a low handicapper, no matter what your reasons for playing the game, business, recreational or professional, John will provide the keys to greater consistency and better golf scores. His personalized instruction will improve your swing, your short game mechanics, and provide advice on selecting the right equipment. You will learn why your shots go where they go (direction and curving). When you understand the cause/effect relationship of different ball flights you can become your own coach, be more creative and make lasting swing changes. No two swings are exactly alike, and there isn't only "one way" to swing. He will help to develop a swing that works for you, one you will understand, a swing based on your unique abilities, one that will bring your game to a new level of proficiency and enjoyment. He can also customize a short game lesson so that you can eliminate extra shots from around and on the green. John gives you more than the fundamentals; he gives you the keys to playing the game.
One of New York City's most respected golf instructors, John has been teaching the finer points of the game at all player levels, beginners to experts, junior golf tournament players, club champions and celebrities in all aspects of golf for over 20 years. His professional teaching career has been molded under the tutelage of several top PGA professionals including famed instructors: Chuck Hogan, Jim Mclean, Mike Hebron, Mike Bentley, and Patti McGowan, to name a few. As a PGA Class "A" Member, he has developed golf school teaching manuals for Randalls Island, New Jersey National, Midtown Indoor Golf Club; instructional articles and video swing analyses. John has participated in the PGA Teaching and C1` oaching Summit, as well as New York area educational forums with instructors including Jim Hardy, Mike Adams and Hank Haney.
