We'll put you behind the wheel of six different supercars, from among the Ferrari F430, F430 Spider, and 360 Spider, the Lamborghini Gallardo, Gallardo Spyder, Murcielago and Murcielago Roadster, the Bentley Continental GTC and Flying Spur, the Porsche 911 GT3, the stunning Aston Martin DB9, the monster Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG, and the brand new Ferrari-powered 400hp Maserati GranTurismo. Push your foot to the pedal, get behind the pace car and go! Compare and contrast the performance and handling characteristics of each vehicle as you experience them for 20 to 30 minutes each on the open roadway. A trained professional will make a short safety presentation, outline the Rules of the Road, and give an overview of the vehicles you'll be driving. Then it's time to hit the road. You'll get behind the wheel and embark on a 150-mile trek through the area's best highways, byways, and local roads. Every 20 to 30 minutes, you'll pull over at designated checkpoints and switch cars until you have driven them all. (New York Tour dates for 2010 are as follows, April 20-22, May 4-6, May 18-20, June 8-10, June 22-24, July 13-15, August 17-19, September 14-16, October 19-21).
Founded by Noah Lehmann-Haupt in New York in 2004, GDC's stable of supercars is the largest fleet of its kind in the country, with 18 cars valued at well over $4 million dollars. GDC offers the "best of the best" including the most exotic, powerful and downright heart-stopping vehicles on the road. The company owns and maintains all the vehicles in its fleet, rotates the vehicle selection regularly to ensure variety for its clients, and personally handles every aspect of the driving experience.
