Steaks at Smith & Wollensky are served under stackable, interlocking, stainless-steel warming covers with a center finger hole, custom-fitted to the oversize fine china steak plates. For a perfect steak, remove from grill to plate 5 degrees before your steak reaches desired doneness. Cover and let steak rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving. (During this time the meat continues to cook and the juices redistribute). Each sleek and sturdy cover is custom fitted to the versatile, oversize dinner plate. Makes a great presentation for just about any dish. Each set includes one warming cover and one Smith & Wollensky branded steak plate.
