Named for the style of baggy trousers worn by 18th century Neapolitan gentlemen, the calzone is a classic Italian half-moon-shaped pizza turnover, usually sold as street food. Rocco's rustic, handmade calzone starts with secret-recipe dough, then stuffed with a combination of Imported Italian ricotta from southern Italy and "Grande" mozzarella. Brush with Italian olive oil and re-heat. Serve with your favorite tomato sauce.
