Josh Bach "Steak Knife" Necktie

Josh Bach "Steak Knife" Necktie

$45.00

A man's necktie is perhaps one of the most defining pieces of his wardrobe. It is much more than a mere accessory -- it is also one way a man expresses himself, a fashion affirming the wearer's individuality. What the "Steak Knife" Necktie says about its wearer: confident, powerful and commands attention.

The inspiration for tiemaker Josh Bach was the symbol of swords pointing upward, historically indicating the readiness for battle, as in fencing when a swordsman holds the point upward to indicate his readiness. A carnivore in his own right, Bach crosses steak knifes in a bold, innovative design using only the best imported silks, cutting on the bias, and bar-tacking by hand. The deep green background borrows from the masculine ambiance of the Great American Steakhouse. What better way to "dress sharp" than to wear the crossed steak knives for everyday life both at work and on the town. Measures 56-inches long and 3-3/4-inches at throat (widest point of tie is called the throat).

Hint: Half of all neckties are purchased by women as gifts, so it wouldn't hurt if men clued their wives or girlfriends into the above.
