NON FURNITURE RETURNS Returns and exchanges for regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise are performed happily under the following conditions: Items must be returned in new, unused condition (and in original packaging, please) within 30 days of purchase date. Custom orders, discontinued, sale or closeout items excluded. Apologetically, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages and shipping charges are not included on refunds. FURNITURE RETURNS If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us at 1-800-581-7599. We may be able to resolve a problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item, if necessary. If it is necessary to return or exchange a furniture item, please contact us at 1-800-581-7599. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company. Please note that furniture returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges are not included on refunds.
